【摘要】 目的探讨与分析小切口胆囊切除术在老年胆结石治疗中的应用价值。方法从本院2014年12月至2017年12月接收的老年胆结石患者中,随机抽取52例患者,将其进行奇偶排序,26名奇数患者作为观察组,行小切口胆囊切除术,26名偶数患者作为对照组,行传统开腹胆囊切除术。对比两组患者手术基本情况、术后恢复情况、生活质量评分、疼痛评分、并发症发生情况。结果观察组手术时间、切口大小、术中出血量、肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间均低于对照组;观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,疼痛评分低于对照组;观察组并发症发生率低于对照组;比较结果有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年胆结石患者采用小切口胆囊切除术治疗效果较为理想,降低了患者的疼痛感及并发症发生率,缩短了患者的住院时间,提高了患者的生活质量,值得在临床中推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate and analyze the value of small incision cholecystectomy in the treatment of elderly gallstones.Methods 52 patients were randomly selected from elderly patients with gallstones during the period from December 2014 to December 2017.They were evenly sorted,and 26 odd-numbered patients served as observation groups.Small incision cholecystectomy was performed,26 even patients as a control group underwent conventional open cholecystectomy.The basic surgical conditions,postoperative recovery,quality of life scores,pain scores,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operative time,incision size,intraoperative blood loss,anus exhaust time,ambulation time and length of stay were lower in the observation group than in the control group.The quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the pain score was lower than that in the control group;The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group;the comparison results were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of small incision cholecystectomy for elderly patients with gallstones is more effective,which reduces the pain and complications,shortens the length of hospital stay,and improves the quality of life of patients.It is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.更多还原
