【摘要】 目的观察冠心病患者血清尿酸(UA)、血浆D-二聚体含量的变化及临床意义。方法 96例冠心病患者根据病情分为稳定性心绞痛组(SAP)48例,不稳定性心绞痛组(UA)30例,急性心肌梗塞组(AMI)18例,并与96例非冠心病组比较。结果与正常对照组UA含量(305.49±98.58)umol/L,D-二聚体(0.16±0.05)mg/L相比,冠心病组的UA、D-二聚体明显增加(P均<0.05),随着冠心病程度增加(稳定型心绞痛、不稳定型心绞痛、急性心肌梗塞),UA、D-二聚体含量明显增加。[UA(389.06±99.13)umol/L(475.39±124.35)umol/L;(582.20±145.56)umol/L;D-二聚体(0.38±0.16)mg/L;(0.98±0.31)mg/L;(1.83±0.64)mg/L;P<0.05~<0.01]。结论尿酸、D-二聚体与冠心病病变程度正相关,检测UA,D二聚体对老年冠心病患者有临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe changes and clinical significance of levels of serum uric acid(UA) and D-dimer in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods 96 CHD patients were divided into stable angina pectoris(SAP) group(n=48),unstable angina pectoris(UAP) group(n=30) and acute myocardial infarction(AMI) group(n=18). Levels of UA and D-dimer were measured and compared with those of 96 persons without CHD. Results Compared with nomal control group, UA level(305,49±98.58)umol/L, D-dimer(0.16±0.05) mg/L significantly increased in CHD group(P<0.05 all). As degree of CHD increased(stable angina pectoris, unstable angina pectoris, acute myocardial infarction), its levels of UA and D-dimer increased, UA respectively was :(389.06±99.13) umol/L:(475.39±124.35)umol/L:582.20±145.56 umol/L, D-dimer:(0.38±0.16)umol/L:(0.98±0.31) mg/L:(1.83±0.64) mg/L,P<0.05~0.01]. Conclusion Levels of uric acid and D-dimer are positively correlated with the degree of coronary heart disease, There is clinical significance to test the content of uric acid and D-dimer in patients with coronary heart disease.更多还原
