【摘要】 目的分析抗肿瘤药物不合理使用情况,探讨降低不合理处方的对策。方法收集我院静配中心(PIVAS)2010至2017年抗肿瘤药物不合理处方,对不合理处方数量及类型进行对比和分析。结果抗肿瘤药物不合理处方的发生率从2010年的6.65%下降至2017年的6.12%;每年9月份是抗肿瘤药物不合理处方发生的高峰期,2月发生率最低。结论抗肿瘤药物不合理处方的发生原因是多方面的,药师进行用药干预可有效降低抗肿瘤药物不合理处方的发生率,提高合理用药水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective to analyze irrational use of antineoplastic medicine and discuss countermeasures to reduce irrational prescriptions. Methods collect irrational prescriptions of antineoplastic medicine from 2010 to 2017 in PIVAS of our hospital, compare and analyze numbers and types of irrational prescriptions. Results incidence of irrational prescriptions of antitumor medicine decreased from 6.65% in 2010 to 6.12% in 2017. September of each year is peak period of occurrence of irrational prescriptions of antineoplastic medicine, and February was the lowest period. Conclusion there are multifaceted causes of irrational prescriptions of antitumor medicine. Medicine intervention of pharmacists can reduce incidence of irrational prescriptions of antitumor medicine effectively and improve level of rational medicine use.更多还原
