【摘要】 目的观察喉罩吸入七氟烷全麻在小儿经尿道钬激光膀胱碎石的效果。方法观察新疆岳普湖县人民医院2017年2月致2018年3月收治的经尿道钬激光膀胱结石碎石的小儿患者68例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组34例,观察组患儿用芬太尼3ug/kg~+七氟烷诱导后置入喉罩连接麻醉机;对照组患儿用芬太尼3ug/kg~+七氟烷诱导后插入气管导管连接麻醉机。两组麻醉维持均为吸入2%-4%七氟烷,保持自主呼吸,直至手术结束。观察患儿诱导前、喉罩/气管导管置入前后、手术开始后10min时和手术结束时患儿的心率、血压、氧饱和度、呼气末二氧化碳分压的变化及患儿的体动时间、完全清醒时间和苏醒期躁动发生率。结果两组患儿在诱导前、置入喉罩/气管导管前、手术结束时心率、血压、氧饱和度及呼气末二氧化碳分压差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患儿在置入喉罩后心率、血压、体动时间、完全清醒时间及苏醒期躁动发生率均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿经尿道钬激光膀胱结石碎石手术应用喉罩保持自主呼吸吸入七氟烷全麻,麻醉过程平稳,苏醒时间短,苏醒期躁动发生率低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of of Sevoflurane Inhalation Anesthesia by the Laryngeal Mask in Pediatric Cystolith Transurethral HolmiumLaser Lithotripsy. Methods 68 pediatric patients of cystolith transurethral holmium laser lithotripsy in accordance with the different ways of anesthesia from February 2017 to Dece-mber 2017 in Yuepuhu county people’s hospitalour were chosen,all patients were randomly divided into treatment group(treatment in the implementation of the laryngeal mask anesthesia retainingspontaneous respiration,)and control group(processing)intubation anesthesia,with 34 cases in each group. Comparison was made on heart rate,mean arterial pressure,oxyhemoglobin saturation,End-tidal carbon dioxide partial pressure,at the time of before ane-sthesia induction,before and after insertion of Laryngeal Mask or endotracheal tube,10 min after surgery,the end of surgery.And the time of body movemont,recovery time,Rate of agitation. Result The differents of heart rate,mean arterial pressure,oxyhem-oglobin saturation,End-tidal carbon dioxide partial pressure at the time of before anesthesia induction,before insertion of Laryngeal Mask or endotracheal tube,the end of surgery had no statistical significance(P>0.05);but the heart rate,mean arterial pressure at the time of after insertion of Laryngeal Mask,10 min after surgery,the time of body movemont,recovery time,Rate of agitation of the treatment group were lower the control group,the differents had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The method of Sevofl-urane Inhalation Anesthesia by the Laryngeal Mask in Pediatric Cys-tolith Transurethral HolmiumLaser Lithotripsy is effective with Sta-ble blood pressure,short recovery time and lower rate of agitation.更多还原
