【摘要】 目的探讨下咽癌手术患者放疗后人性化护理干预的效果。方法选取我院收治的行放射治疗的下咽癌手术患者62例依据均分数字理念划分为观察组与对照组两组,其中对照组于放疗后实行常规护理,观察组于放疗后实行人性化护理。结果观察组患者SAS、SDS评分明显低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组放疗后并发症平均痊愈时间明显短于对照组,P<0.05;观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论对下咽癌手术患者放疗后实行人性化护理干预可有效改善患者焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪,且对于放疗引发的各类并发症治疗有良好的辅助效果,值得临床应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective to investigate effect of humanized nursing intervention on hypopharyngeal carcinoma patients after radiotherapy. Methods choose 62 cases hypopharynx carcinoma patients treated with radiotherapy in our hospital, divided into observation and control group according to equal digital concept. Control group was treated with routine nursing after radiotherapy, and observation group with humanized nursing after radiotherapy. Results SAS and SDS scores of observation group was significantly lower than control group, P< 0.05; average recovery time of complications of observation group after radiotherapy was significantly shorter than control group, P< 0.05; nursing satisfaction of observation group was significantly higher than control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion humanized nursing intervention can improve negative emotions of anxiety and depression of hypopharyngeal carcinoma patients effectively, and has good auxiliary effect on various complications caused by radiotherapy, which is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
