【摘要】 目的将角膜溃疡清创术结合抗真菌药物实行在真菌性角膜炎患者治疗中,分析并评价临床效果。方法此文实行研究的对象是2015年6月至2017年10月本院收入后实施治疗的60例真菌性角膜炎患者(60只患眼),参考患者治疗方式差异性实行分组,每组纳入30例(30只患眼),角膜溃疡清创术治疗用于参照组患者,角膜溃疡清创术结合抗真菌药物治疗用于实验组患者,计算及观察两组患者的治疗有效总统计率、视力状况、不良反应总统计率。结果实验组患者的治疗有效总统计率高于参照组患者对应数据值,P<0.05,有数据检测的统计学意义,实验组患者视力小于0.05例数、视力0.05-0.3例数、视力0.3-0.5例数对比于参照组患者对应数据值有差异,P<0.05,有数据检测的统计学意义,实验组患者视力大于0.5例数对比于参照组患者对应数据值,P>0.05,无数据检测的统计学意义,实验组患者的不良反应总统计率低于参照组患者对应数据值,P<0.05,有数据检测的统计学意义。结论在真菌性角膜炎患者治疗中开展角膜溃疡清创术结合抗真菌药物显示出良好临床效果,呈现出十分重要的临床应用价值,体现进一步推广使用的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze and evaluate the clinical effect of corneal ulceration combined with antifungal drugs in the treatment of fungal keratitis. Methods This article implements the research data is on June 6, 2015 to October 2017 in our hospital income after the implementation of the treatment of 60 cases of fungal keratitis patients(60 eyes), reference treatment in patients with different group, a group in 30 patients(30 eyes), corneal ulcer debridement in the control group patients treated, corneal ulcer debridement in combination with antifungal drugs used in the experimental group patients, and observe the treatment of patients with two groups of total effective rate of statistical, eyesight, adverse reaction rate of total statistics. Results Experimental group in the treatment of patients with total effective statistical rate compared to control group patients with corresponding data values was higher, P< 0.05, there is statistically significant data detection, the experimental group patients visual acuity less than 0.05 cases, vision between 0.05 to 0.3 cases, vision between 0.3 to 0.5 were compared to control group patients with corresponding data values was higher, P< 0.05, there is statistically significant data detection, the experimental group patients vision is greater than 0.5 cases compared to control group patients with corresponding data values, P> 0.05, countless, according to the testing the statistical significance of the experimental group patients rate of adverse reaction of total statistics relative corresponding data values was lower than in the control group patients, P<0.05, with statistical significance of data detection. Conclusion In treatment of patients with fungal keratitis in corneal ulcer debridement in combination with antifungal drugs showed good clinical effect, presents a very important clinical value, to reveal the significance of further promotion.更多还原
