【摘要】 目的了解不同处置条件对部分生化项目的结果的影响。方法对200份体检人群用一次性真空采血管(促凝管)进行静脉采血3m L,每个患者各3份,同时分别记录采血时间,分别放置0min、5min、20min后,3500r/min离心10min,用迈瑞BS-800生化分析仪进行生化项目测定。结果上机测定后,以放置20min为基准,发现放置0min和5min的部分生化项目有显著性差异。其中,总蛋白、白蛋白和前白蛋白的差异比较显著。结论我们在日常工作中,需要密切关注标本放置情况,由于本仪器检测总蛋白、白蛋白和前白蛋白采用的是终点法,且标本量要求极低,故不同放置条件可能造成总蛋白、白蛋白和前白蛋白结果出现不一致的结果,在工作中不容忽视,以免影响实验结果,对临床工作造成干扰。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the effects of different disposal conditions on the results of some biochemical projects. Methods 200 cases of healthy population with disposable vacuum blood(coagulation tube) of venous blood 3 ml of each patient were recorded at 3 copies each, blood sampling time, 0 min, 5 min, 20 min were placed after 3500 r/min centrifugal 10 min, biochemical items measured by MINDRAY BS-800 biochemical analyzer. Results Showed that there were significant differences in some biochemical items that placed 0 min and 5 min on the basis of placing 20 min as the benchmark. Among them, the difference of total protein, albumin and prealbumin was significant.
