血清维生素D、甲状旁腺激素调节糖代谢的研究进展
Progress in Researches on Regulating Glucose Metabolism of Vitamin D and Parathyroid Hormone
【摘要】 维生素D(VitD)是由食物中获得的调节钙磷代谢的维生素,甲状旁腺激素(PTH)是甲状旁腺主细胞分泌的一种碱性单链多肽类激素。近年研究表明,VitD可通过增加胰岛β细胞受体的数目、促进脂肪酸的代谢、降低炎性因子表达来增加胰岛素的敏感性,降低胰岛素抵抗。大量临床研究也证实了VitD对糖代谢的调节作用。
【Abstract】 Vitamin D is a kind of vitamin that acquire from food to regulation of calcium and phosphorus metabolism. parathyroid hormone is a kind of basic single chain polypeptide hormone that secreted by parathyroid chief cell. Recent studies have shown that vitamin D could increase insulin sensitivity by increase the number of insulin β-cell receptor、promoting fatty acid metabolism and reduced expression of inflammatory factors. A great deal of research also has shown the regulation of vitamin D on glucose metabolism.
