【摘要】 目的探讨掌侧手术入路锁定加压钢板(LCP)结合植骨治疗老年桡骨远端不稳定性骨折的疗效。方法本文回顾性分析我科采用掌侧手术入路锁定加压钢板结合植骨治疗的46例60岁以上老年桡骨远端不稳定骨折患者的病例资料,术后均在严格随访条件下,给予指导积极的主被动腕关节功能康复锻炼,对所观察的46例患者均获得随访,观察临床疗效。结果本组46例患者骨折全部愈合,骨折临床愈合时间14-23周(平均18周)。疗效按Gartland-Werley评分标准进行评定:优32例、良9例、可4例、差1例,优良率89.13%。结论掌侧锁定加压钢板结合植骨是治疗老年桡骨远端不稳定性骨折值得推荐的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of palmar lateral approach locking compression plate(LCP) combined with bone graft in the treatment of unstable distal radius distal humeral fractures. Methods This article reviewed the data of 46 cases of unstable distal radius fractures in the elderly over 60 years old. All patients were followed up for strict follow-up.
