【摘要】 目的研究讨论不同手术时机治疗高血压脑出血的疗效及对预后的影响。方法选择2016年1月至2017年1月本院患者80例进行研究讨论,根据手术时机分为两组,各40例,对照组为晚期手术的患者;观察组为早期手术的患者,观察两组患者的治疗效果、治疗后患者出现并发症的情况。结果观察组的有效率为92.5%,对照组的有效率为80.0%,观察组并发症的发生率为5.0%,对照组的为12.5%,两组比较,P<0.05。结论早期进行手术治疗,可以减少并发症的出现,提高治疗的效果,可以在今后高血压脑出血患者的治疗过程中应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study curative effect and prognosis effect of different operation opportunity on hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods Choose 80 patients in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 for study, According to operation opportunity divide them into two groups, 40 cases in each.
