非酶消化法获取脂肪来源干细胞及血管基质片段的研究进展

【摘要】 以往脂肪来源干细胞及血管机制片段的获取更多地采用胶原酶消化法。近年来,为达到最小化人为干预、提高安全性、降低成本、促进ASC的临床应用等目的,非酶消化法富集脂肪来源干细胞及血管机制片段逐渐成为研究热点。本文将目前较为成熟的几种非酶消化法进行综述,并探讨非酶消化法的优缺点及其大规模临床应用尚需解决的主要问题。

【Abstract】 Adipose-derived stem cells and blood vessel fragments were obtained by collagenase digestion in the past. Nonenzymatic digestion to enrich adipose-derived stem cells and vascular mechanisms has gradually become a research hotspot in order to minimize the human intervention, improve safety, reduce costs and promote the clinical application of ASC and other purposes in recent years. In this paper, several more mature non-enzymatic digestion methods are reviewed.The auther discussed the advantages and disadvantages of non-enzymatic digestion method and the main problems to be solved in large-scale clinical application.
