【摘要】 目的比较不同取模方法制作铸瓷全冠的边缘适合性。方法将60例单个前磨牙根管治疗后需全冠修复的患者随机分成两组,每组30例,分别采用数字印模法或硅橡胶印模法获取印模,制作铸瓷全冠修复,试戴全冠时记录修复体边缘适合性,并根据优、良、差分为I、II、III级,I、II级为合格病例。结果数字印模法制作的铸瓷全冠边缘适合性I级16例、II级14例,硅橡胶印模法制备的铸瓷全冠I级18例、II级12例,两组均未出现III级病例,合格率均为100%,且两组的边缘适合性也未见统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论数字印模法能较好地满足制作铸瓷全冠修复体对印模的要求,适合临床使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the effects of different impression methods on marginal fit of IPS Empress crowns. Methods Sixty premolars after root canal therapy were randomly divided into digital impression group and silicone rubber impression group(30 in each group), and restored by IPS Empress full crowns. Impressions of the former group were taken by intra-oral optical impression(digital impression) method, and those in the latter group were taken by silicone rubber impression method. When the crowns were fixed on teeth, the marginal fit of the crowns were evaluated, and the results were devided into Grades I, II and III. Crowns of Grades I and II were regarded qualified. Results There were 16 cases of Grade I and 14 cases of Grade II in digital impression group, and 18 cases of Grade I and 12 cases of Grade II in silicone rubber impression group. There were no cases of Grade III in both groups, and all the crowns were qualified. No significant difference in the marginal fit was observed between two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion The digital impression method can meet the requirements of IPS Empress crown fabrication.更多还原
