离子色谱法同时测定饮用水中三种消毒副产物

【摘要】 目的建立离子色谱法同时测定饮用水中三种消毒副产物(DBPs)亚氯酸盐(ClO2-),溴酸盐(BrO3-)和氯酸盐(ClO3-)的方法。方法采用IonPacAS19型分析柱离子色谱色谱法测定。结果本优化方法应用于测定饮用水中亚氯酸盐,溴酸盐和氯酸盐的标准曲线相关的相关系数(r)均大于0.999,相对标准偏差1.0%2.8%,亚氯酸盐,溴酸盐和氯酸盐的最低检出浓度分别为0.43μg/L,0.60μg/L,0.65μg/L,进样量100μL,实际样品的加标回收率在89.7%104.5%。结论该方法灵敏度高,精密度好,回收率高,适合饮用水亚氯酸盐,溴酸盐和氯酸盐的测定。

【Abstract】 Objective To develop a methed for the simultaneous determination of disifection by –product(DBP) of chlorite, bromate and chlorate in drinking water by Ion Chromatography. Methods Determined was carried out with the IonPACAS19 column by Ion Chromatography. Results The optimized method was used to chlorite bromate and chlorate in Drinking Water by Ion Chromatography. The correlation coefficient(r) of standard curve of chlorite,bromate and chlorate were more than 0.999, and the relative stand deviation was between 1.0% and 2.8%.the minimum detectable concentration of chlorite, bromate and chlorate were 0.43μg/L, 0.60μg/L and 0.65μg/L,(sample size100μL) The recovery of standard addition of practical samples ranged from 89.4% to 104.5%. Conclusions The method is high sensitivity, precision and recovery rate,which can be used for the determination of chlorite, bromate and chlorate in drinking water by Ion Chromatography.
