【摘要】 目的比较二孔法腹腔镜及传统开放手术治疗小儿腹股沟疝的疗效。方法回顾性分析2013年08月至2018年02月在新疆医科大学第二附属医院普外科住院行手术治疗的小儿腹股沟疝病人,共纳入符合条件的研究对象223例,其中行腹腔镜手术者(观察组)96例,行传统开放手术者(对照组)127例。比较两组的手术情况、手术并发症情况,以及能否发现并治疗对侧腹股沟隐匿疝等情况。结果两组的切口长度、术中出血量、手术时间、术后排气时间、住院时间差异明显(P<0.05);两组的手术并发症无明显差异(P>0.05);且腹腔镜手术能发现对侧腹股沟隐匿疝并同时给予治疗。结论腹腔镜治疗小儿腹股沟疝具有手术时间短,创伤小,术后康复快,并发症发生率低,住院时间短,瘢痕小、美容,可发现对侧隐匿疝和其他腹腔内病变,一并同时处理,避免二次手术,临床上值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the curative effect of laparoscopic and open surgery in the treatment of inguinal hernia in children. Methods Retrospective analysis underwent surgical treatment of inguinal hernia in children in the Department of general surgery of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University, from august 2013 to february 2018,a total of 223 cases, including 96 cases of laparoscopic surgery(observation group),127 cases of open surgery(control group).The surgical parameters and complications of the two groups were compared, and that which group can find and treat the contralateral inguinal occult hernia was compared also. Results The incision length, intraoperative blood loss, operation time, postoperative intestinal ventilation time and the time of hospitalization were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05); There was no significant difference in the surgical complications of the two groups(P>0.05);and laparoscopic surgery can find the opposite side inguinal hernia and treat it at the same time. Conclusion The laparoscopic treatment of inguinal hernia in children is better than open surgery, in the following respects, for example, the operation is faster, the trauma in the operation area is smaller, the postoperative recovery is faster, the incidence of related complications was low, the hospitalization time is shorter, the scar is smaller. This kind of surgery has cosmetic effects. Occult inguinal hernia in the opposite side and other intraabdominal diseases can be found, and it can be treated with same method at the same time, when using laparoscopic surgery. It can avoid reoperation also. Laparoscopic treatment should be actively promoted and applied in clinical treatment.更多还原
