【摘要】 目的调查县级医院护士核心能力的现状及其影响因素,为制定应对策略提供依据。方法应用注册护士核心能力量表对177名护士进行调查,分析影响因素。结果县级医院护士核心能力得分为(104.44±39.64)分,处于低水平阶段。结论县级医院护士核心能力比较薄弱,应该有针对性地制定应对策略提升护士核心能力,以提升护理质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the status of core competence of nurses in county-level hospitals and their influencing factors, and to provide a basis for the formulation of coping strategies. Methods A registered nurse core competency scale was used to investigate 177 nurses and analyze the influencing factors. Results The score of core competence of nurses in county-level hospitals was(104.44 ± 39.64)points, and was in a low level. Conclusion The core competence of nurses in county-level hospitals is relatively weak, there should be a targeted formulation of coping strategies to improve the core competence of nurses so as to improve the quality of nursing.更多还原
