人工腔隙与自然腔隙CO2气腹对血流动力学及动脉血气的影响分析
Influence Analysis of Artificial and Natural Lacunae CO2 Pneumoperitoneum on Hemodynamics and Arterial Blood Gas
【摘要】 目的探究腹腔镜肾囊肿切除术人工腔隙与自然腔隙CO2气腹在血流动力学、动脉血气方面的作用效果。方法对采取人工腔隙患者为A组,采取自然腔隙患者为B组,对比分析不同腔隙CO2气腹对血流动力学、动脉血气的作用效果。结果建立气腹前、后相比较,2组PETCO2、Pa CO2、HR、MAP指标明显升高(P<0.05),建立气腹后30 min,与A组比较,B组PETCO2、Pa CO2指标明显下降,有差异(P<0.05),HR、MAP指标下降不明显,无差异(P>0.05)。结论气腹建立方式对PETCO2、Pa CO2影响较大,与自然腔隙比较,人工腔隙对血流动力学及动脉血气影响更大。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore effect of artificial and natural lacunae CO2 pneumoperitoneum on hemodynamics and arterial blood gas for laparoscopic renal cystectomy. Methods Treat patients with artificial lacunae as group A, and natural lacunae as group B. Compare and analyze effects of different lacunae CO2 pneumoperitoneum on hemodynamics and arterial blood gas. Results Pneumoperitoneum establishment before and after comparison between two groups showed, PETCO2, Pa CO2, HR, MAP index was significantly increased(P < 0.05), 30 min after pneumoperitoneum establishment, PETCO2 Pa CO2 index of group B was decreased more significantly than group A, difference showed(P < 0.05), HR, MAP index decreased not obviously, without difference(P > 0.05). Conclusion Method of establishing pneumoperitoneum has great influence on PETCO2 and Pa CO2, compared with natural lacunae, artificial lacunae has greater influence on hemodynamics and arterial blood gas.
