【摘要】 目的探讨中心静脉导管在胸腔穿刺、心包穿刺中的应用。方法本次实验对象为2015年3月至2017年7月于本院接收治疗的心包、胸腔积液患者共66例,所有患者均使用中心静脉导管持续引流治疗,其中16例患者行心包穿刺,50例患者行胸腔穿刺,评价最终治疗效果及治疗期间发生意外情况和并发症的概率。结果 66例患者中,有62例患者一次性穿刺成功,一次性穿刺成功率为93.94%;有3例患者首次穿刺失败,经二次穿刺后成功,有1例多次穿刺失败,分析失败原因可能包括影像学检查定位失误,患者病情进展过快以及患者症状较为严重,穿刺耐受性较差,无法进行多次穿刺等;中心静脉导管平均放置时间为(39.77±4.52)d。持续引流期间有2例患者因为发生意外事故引起引流管位移或脱落,出现气胸症状,其他患者治疗期间均未发生感染、积液等并发症,疗程结束后,均痊愈康复。结论在对心包、胸腔积液患者行穿刺治疗过程中,使用中心静脉导管,能起到较为满意的治疗效果,同时还具有创伤小、恢复快、疼痛少等优点,安全方便,具有推广实践价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application of central venous catheter in thoracentesis and pericardiocentesis. Methods The study was performed in our hospital from March 2015 to July 2017. 66 cases of pleural effusion were treated in our hospital. All patients were treated with central venous catheter drainage. Among them, 16 cases underwent pericardiocentesis Fifty patients underwent thoracentesis to assess the eventual outcome and the probability of unintended complications and complications during treatment.
