【摘要】 京津冀旅游企业的协同创新对三地旅游产业的协同创新协同发展具有重要意义,并且能够推动京津冀三地的协同发展。文章在对协同创新相关文献梳理和回顾的基础上,通过对京津冀三地旅游企业的实地调研和对三地旅游从业人员、政府管理人员的深度访谈,发现目前京津冀三地旅游企业发展极度不均衡,主要体现在地理集中程度和企业规模及盈利能力上。当前京津冀三地旅游企业协同创新的问题在于企业搜寻创新伙伴的成本较高,旅游管理部门在对协同创新活动进行管理时,缺少工作抓手。针对上述现状和问题,文章设计了京津冀地区旅游企业协同创新的机制,即以旅游企业为核心,以政府管理部门和科研部门为支柱的创新机制。并明确了三条协同创新路径,分别是:基于平台的任务引领式协同创新路径、基于平台的资源互补式协同创新路径和基于平台的政府——企业二元协同创新路径。文章的结论可以对京津冀三地政府的政策制定提供借鉴,为三地旅游企业协同创新提供指导。更多还原

【Abstract】 The synergistic innovation of tourism enterprises in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei play an important role in the synergistic innovation and development of tourism industries in the three places and promote the synergistic development level of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. On the basis of combing and reviewing the related literature of synergistic innovation,through field investigation of three tourism enterprises in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei and in-depth interviews with tour operators and government administrators in the three places, this article found that, at present, The development of the tourism enterprises in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei is extremely uneven, mainly reflected in the degree of geographical concentration and the scale and profitability of enterprises. At present, the main problem of synergistic innovation among tourism enterprises in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei is that the cost of searching for innovative partners is relatively high.Tourism management operators lacks the starting point when they manage synergistic innovation activities. In response of the above status and problems, this paper designs a mechanism of synergistic innovation among tourism enterprises in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province, that is, an innovation mechanism that takes tourism enterprises as the core,government administration departments and scientific research departments as the pillar. And clarifies three paths for synergistic innovation: platform-based mission-led synergistic innovation path, platform-based resources complementary synergistic innovation path, platform-based government-enterprise binary synergistic innovation path. The conclusion of the article can provide reference for the policy formulation of the governments of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, and provide guidance for the synergistic innovation of tourism enterprises in the three places.更多还原
