通过基尔霍夫衍射积分计算激光横模光场
Obtaining the light field of laser transverse mode by Kirchhoff diffraction integral
【摘要】 通过基尔霍夫衍射积分得到方形共焦凹球面镜的光场解析解,并利用Matlab绘制光场.当菲涅耳数很大时,近似得到圆形共焦凹球面镜的光场分布.采集激光谐振腔的出光孔光斑强度数据,导入Matlab进行小波除噪和二值化.将理论模型与实验结果比较,发现实验中的横模光场分布实际上是多种横模模式的叠加.
【Abstract】 The analytical solution of the light field of square confocal spherical mirror was found with Kirchhoff diffraction integral,and the light field was shown in figures drawn by Matlab.The optical field distribution of the spherical confocal spherical mirror was approximately obtained on the premise that the Fresnel number was large enough.The light intensity data in the laser resonator cavity was collected by CMOS,and the wavelet de-noising and binarization was carried out with Matlab.Based on the theoretical model and the experiment result,it was found that the transverse mode field distribution was actually the superposition of several transverse modes.
