【Abstract】 The vacuum system was assembled by students,and some experiments were carried out,such as creating and measuring vacuum,testing extraction gas velocity using constant volume method,observing the discharge of spark leak detector,and so on.Using standard vacuum joints and fittings,students could get a low vacuum under 5 Pa after correct assembly,and the self-assembled vacuum system could be used to continuously obtain state from 1 atmosphere to a low vacuum.更多还原
