频域光学干涉层析成像实验系统的研制

【摘要】在构建了频域光学干涉层析成像(Spectral-domain Optical Coherence Tomography,SD-OCT)理论模型的基础上,着重研究了在实验室条件下如何搭建空间型频域OCT系统,并开展相关研究.通过对测量结果和理论的对比分析,展示了所搭建的空间型频域OCT系统用于测量的可靠性.更多还原
