基于单T网络的忆阻混沌电路

【摘要】 利用RC单T选频网络构成的正弦波振荡电路和三次光滑模型忆阻器,通过不同的耦合方式,设计了并联型和串联型忆阻混沌电路.通过分岔图、Lyapunov指数和相图分析了电路的基本动力学特性,观察到了当耦合电容值变化时电路呈现的倍周期分岔、周期窗口和快慢效应等复杂动力学行为.电路仿真得到的实验结果与数值计算结果基本一致.

【Abstract】 Parallel and serial chaotic memristive circuits were designed based on RCsingle T frequency-selective network and cubic smooth memristor through different coupling methods.The dynamic properties of the new circuits were demonstrated by bifurcation diagram,Lyapunov exponent and phase diagram,and complex dynamic behaviors,multiple periodic bifurcation,periodic window,fast-slow effect,were presented via adjusted circuit component.To verify the correctness of the circuits,simulation experiments were carried out.The results of the circuit simulation were in agreement with the results of the numerical calculation.
