基于多目标优化的CNG站点规模规划——以武汉市为例
Scale Planning of CNG Stations Based on Multi-objective Optimization: In the Case of Wuhan
【摘要】 近几年来CNG加气站规模规划受到了越来越多的关注,现在大多数关于CNG站点规模和数量的建设的研究都将经济效益作为指导因素;以武汉市为例,用F-AHP的方法将安全性和便利性也放入指导因素之中,然后通过CNG文献的收集来确定三种不同因素之间的权重,最后结合相关权重和不同因素的标准化方程组成新的目标函数,再根据相关约束条件,确定CNG母站、子站和标准站的数量;旨在对于CNG站点网络的建设给出一个全新的视角,从而为其建设提供一定的参考。
【Abstract】 In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the scale planning of the CNG filling stations. However, most studies on the scale and quantity of the CNG stations have taken economic benefits as their guiding factor. In this paper, with Wuhan as the example, we included safety and convenience into as the guiding factors using the F-AHP. Then, by reviewing the relevant research literatures on the CNG, we determined the relative weight of the three factors. Finally, we formulated a new objective function by combining the normalized equations of the relevant weights and the different factors, and according to the relevant constraints, determined the quantity of the parent stations, substations and standard stations.
