为实现海藻化工废钙水的循环利用,开展了一种新型褐藻胶液钙化技术的研究,探讨了碳酸钙作为新型钙化剂的可行性。采用单因素实验和正交实验研究了碳酸钙钙化工艺中碳酸钙、干冰和氯化钙用量对褐藻酸钠产量的影响。确定优化工艺参数:取200 mL质量分数为0.2%的褐藻胶溶液,加入0.60 g碳酸钙、3 g干冰、3 m L质量分数为10%的氯化钙溶液,获得褐藻酸钠干基质量为0.323 g,此时废钙水电导率为4.25 m S/cm、余钙质量浓度为620.5 mg/L。采用氢氧化钙和碳酸钠作为脱钙剂进行废钙水的脱钙处理,最终废水中余钙质量浓度为40.02 mg/L,与原始废钙水相比钙离子质量浓度降低了93.55%。该方法不仅可以有效减少废钙水中钠离子、氯离子等的引入,同时在后续过程中脱钙后的废水可以满足冲稀水回用的要求,大大减少了水资源的消耗。
