汽车白车身激光智能检测装置的优化开发
Optimized Development of the Laser Intelligent Detection Device for Automobile Body in White
【摘要】 针对轿车厂白车身的实际生产环境和工艺技术,为了消除现有检测系统的一些弊端,对三维点云数据采集技术进行了优化,解决开放式通道内系统识别精确性问题。依此设计并制作的激光机器视觉检测系统装置,能满足汽车白车身现场生产检测的实际需求,实现检测工序的自动化,进一步实现与客户多种管理系统的无缝对接。
【Abstract】 In view of the actual production environment and the technology of the automobile body in white body, in order to eliminate some disadvantages of the existing detection system, optimization was made in the 3 D-point cloud data acquisition technology and the problem of the accuracy of the system identification in the open channel was solved. The laser machine vision system device designed and produced on the basis of this technology can meet the actual requirements of the automobile body in white, realize the automation of the inspection process, and further realize the seamless connection between customers and multiple management systems.
