基于CATIA的船用螺旋桨三维建模方法
3D Modeling Methods of Marine Propeller Based on CATIA
【摘要】 针对船用螺旋桨三维外形较复杂的特点,提出一种基于CATIA平台的坐标变换的船用螺旋桨三维建模方法,给出由叶切面局部坐标系到全局坐标系的变换公式,采用Excel快速完成数据处理,用VB.net语言对CATIA进行二次开发,完成桨叶曲面型值数据的读取与批量导入,最终快速得到螺旋桨三维模型,该方法柔性好、效率高,可以根据不同设计参数快速得到对应的螺旋桨三维模型,并对模型进行优化处理。
【Abstract】 In view of the complex shape and complicated modeling of marine propeller,a 3 D modeling method of marine propeller based on coordinate transformation of CATIA platform was proposed. The transformation formula from the local coordinate of the blade section to the global coordinate was given. It can be used to complete data processing rapidly in Excel. By CATIA secondary development based on VB. net,the rapid inputting and batch importing of the blade surface value data were achieved,so as to setup the 3 D propeller model quickly. The results show that the method is flexible and efficient,and the 3 D propeller model can be obtained and optimized quickly according to different design parameters.
