纤维掺量对钢纤维混凝土冲击压缩影响的研究

【摘要】 针对钢纤维增强混凝土材料开展在冲击压缩作用下的性能变化研究。在数值模拟普通混凝土试件中,分别加入不同体积掺量的钢纤维,并对其一端施加动态冲击应力波,建立了不同纤维掺量的数值分析模型,实现了试件从微裂纹萌生、扩展及贯通的全过程破坏模拟,并研究其破裂失稳的基本规律,包括裂纹扩展、开槽口尖端单元应力规律、破坏时间及声发射的分布规律。结果表明,随着钢纤维掺量的增加,钢纤维混凝土冲击压缩破坏所需能量增多且抗压性能增强,混凝土脆性大的缺点得到改善。

【Abstract】 Mechanical properties of steel fiber reinforced concrete(SFRC) under impact compression were studied.By adding steel fibers with various volume fractions into ordinary concrete and applying dynamic stress wave, numerical model with different fiber fractions was established.Complete process failure simulation of specimen of micro-crack initiation, propagation and penetration could then be simulated.Furthermore, fundamental laws of fracture instability could also be studied, which includes crack propagation, stress distribution at notch tip, failure speed and distribution of acoustic emission.The experimental results show that with the increase of steel fiber amount, it needs more energy for SFRC to fail under impact compression, and toughness of SFRC could be enhanced.Performance of concrete with high brittleness and low toughness could be, therefore, improved.
