底护板对发动机舱散热特性的影响数值模拟
Numerical Simulation of the Engine Compartment Heat Dissipation Performance Influenced by the Bottom Guard Board
【摘要】 针对某轿车加装发动机底护板后发动机舱散热性能下降的问题,使用一维/三维联合仿真的方法对该轿车在低速爬坡工况下的发动机舱散热能力进行了分析。使用Fluent软件对该轿车进行了发动机舱内流场仿真分析;并使用AMEsim软件对发动机冷却系统进行了一维仿真,其中散热器的速度边界由三维仿真结果离散而来。在此基础上,提出了发动机底护板的优化方案,计算结果表明发动机舱的散热性能得到了提高,散热器进水温度降低了4.1℃。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the decline of the engine compartment heat dissipation performance for a car with engine bottom guard board,1 D/3 D co-simulation method was used to analyze the engine compartment heat dissipation performance when the car was in a low speed climbing condition.Fluent was used to simulate the flow field in the engine compartment of the car.One dimensional simulation of engine cooling system was carried out by using AMEsim software,in which the velocity boundary of radiator came from the discretization of the 3 D simulation results.The optimization scheme of engine bottom guard plate was put forward.The calculation results show that the engine compartment heat dissipation performance improves,and the water temperature of the radiator inlet is reduced by 4.1℃.
