金属结构件内部温度场与热变形规律研究
Research on Temperature and Thermal Deformation of Metal Structure
【摘要】 以重型机床大型金属结构件为研究对象,根据热传导理论,建立金属结构件在局部加热时内部温度场理论分析模型,并运用有限元法进行数值求解。采用光纤光栅温度传感器测量金属结构件在持续加热和周期性加热下的内部温度场分布规律,采用激光位移传感器测量金属结构件热变形规律。结果表明:金属结构件内部温度分布与加热时间和到热源的距离有关,加热时间越长,离热源越近,温度越高。周期性加热时,当停止加热后,非加热区域温度仍然会升高。金属结构件整体热变形以加热区域为中心呈拱形分布,离加热区域越近,热变形量越大。热变形与温度成正相关,温度越高,热变形量越大。
【Abstract】 Focusing on researching the internal temperature and the thermal deformation of mental structure under the conditions of continuous thermal load and periodic thermal load,according to the theory of heat conduction,the theoretical analysis model of internal temperature of metal structure with local heat source was established and the finite element method was used to solve the numerical solution.The internal temperature distribution of metal structure was measured by the FBG sensors and the thermal deformation of the metal structure was measured by laser displacement sensors.It’s found that the internal temperature distribution of metal structure is related to the heating time and the distance to the heat source.The longer the heating time or the closer to the heat source,the higher the temperature is.In the periodic heating,when the heating is stopped,the temperature of non-heating zone would still rise.The thermal deformation of metal structure is arched around the heating zone and the closer to the heating zone,the greater the thermal deformation is.The thermal deformation is positively correlated with the temperature and the higher the temperature,the greater the thermal deformation is.
