【Abstract】 The relationship between educational institutions and enterprises in industry-education fusion is based on the contract.What should be firstly considered are the internal and external features of the contract,when this kind of relationship is to be established.Its internal features lie in the negotiation relationship between the two parties of the contract,and its external features in the legal relationship of the contract.The former relationship is specifically about the interest balance of the both parties,which depends on their social roles and division of labor.To reach such a balance,the coordination and support from the relevant government sections is required.Continuous researches should be done to build a definite pattern for the fusion.更多还原
