【摘要】 目的:对河北省万全县大病救助患者疾病构成及医疗费用情况进行调查分析,为完善大病救助政策提供参考。方法:收集万全县2012—2016年大病救助资料并整理分析。结果:2012—2016年万全县接受大病救助患者共498人次,大病救助的疾病超过22种,大病救助的疾病种类和实际救助人数逐年增加,救助的患者年龄主要集中在40~70岁。恶性肿瘤、尿毒症、脑血管病、白血病、心肌梗塞和器官移植为救助的主要疾病,救助人数分别占总救助人数的51.00%、30.92%、6.02%、4.62%、3.82%和1.00%。大病救助患者因病种不同年人均救助金额在0.85-4.00万元之间,扣除基本医疗保险,使个人自付费降低9.50%~62.81%。结论:2012—2016年万全县获得大病救助的患者主要为中老年人,主要疾病为恶性肿瘤、尿毒症、心脑血管病等慢性病,大病救助切实减轻了贫困人口的疾病经济负担。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the disease constitutes and medical expenses of the patients acquired medical assistant for cata-strophic disease in Wanquan County of Hebei. Methods: Data were collected and analyzed from the medical assistance database ofWanquan. Results: Total 498 patients were acquired medical assistances for catastrophic disease in Wanquan County from 2012 to 2016. Most of patients aged from 40 to 70 years old. There were more than 22 major diseases, including malignant tumor, uremia, cere-brovascular disease, leukemia, cardiovascular disease and organ transplantation, which accounted for 51.00%, 30.92%, 6.02%, 4.62%,3.82% and 1.00% of the total number of patients respectively. The assistance fund for patients with serious illness varied from 8 500 to 40 000 yuan, deducting the basic medical insurance, so that individual self-payment could be reduced by 9.50—62.81%. Conclusion: From 2012 to 2016, the patients received medical assistance for disaster disease in Wanquan County were mainly middle andaged patients. The major diseases were malignant tumors, uremia, cardio-cerebrovascular diseases, etc. Medical assistance for disasterdiseases effectively alleviated the economic burden on the poor.更多还原
