【摘要】 目的:探索河南省专科医院运营效率及其影响因素。方法:运用Malmquist指数和Tobit两阶段模型分析不同类型专科医院的运营效率及影响因素。结果:河南省专科医院投入与产出不均衡,公立专科医院与民营专科医院总体运营效率存在差异,影响专科医院运营效率的因素包括经济发展水平、卫生技术人员占比、医师年均担负诊疗人次和平均住院日。结论:可从合理配置医疗服务资源、加大专科医院投入力度、发挥政府和市场的协同作用、完善双向转诊制度、加强医疗技术支撑和提高医院管理水平等方面来提高专科医院的运营效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore Operation Efficiency and influencing factors of specialized hospitals in Henan. Methods: Using the Malmquist index and Tobit model to analyze operation efficiency and influencing factors of different types of specialized hospitals.Results: The input and output of specialized hospitals in Henan were unbalanced. The overall operation efficiency of public and private hospitals was different. The influencing factors of operation efficiency in specialized hospitals included economic development level, the proportion of health technicians, average annual medical treatment of physician and average length of stay. Conclusion: Allocating medical service resources reasonably, investing more in specialized hospitals, playing the synergy between government and market,improving two-way referral system, strengthening medical technology support and improving the hospital management level to improve the operation efficiency of specialized hospitals.更多还原
