【摘要】 目的探讨嗓音训练在嗓音疾病患者中的应用效果。方法 50例嗓音疾病患者均采用嗓音训练治疗,疗程为2个月。比较患者嗓音训练前后的GRBAS评分、自我VHI量表评分、动态喉镜检查评分、空气动力学检查及计算机嗓音分析。结果训练后,患者GRBAS评分、自我VHI量表评分、动态喉镜检查评分及计算机嗓音分析结果均低于训练前,空气动力学检查结果均高于训练前(均P <0. 05)。结论采用嗓音训练治疗嗓音疾病,可明显改善嗓音质量,提高患者的社交能力,改善患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the efficacy of voice training applied to patients with voice disorders.Methods Fifty patients with voice disorders were treated by voice training for a course of 2 months. In all patients,the GRBAS score,score of self VHI scale,score of dynamic laryngoscopy,results of aerodynamics test and acoustic analysis by computer before training were compared with those indices after training.Results After training,the GRBAS score,score of self VHI scale,score of dynamic laryngoscopy,result of acoustic analysis by computer were lower than those before training,the result of aerodynamics test was higher than that before training(all P < 0. 05). Conclusion Application of voice training to the treatment of voice disorder can significantly improve the voice quality,social ability and life quality of patients.更多还原
