【摘要】 目的观察"杂交"去分支联合覆膜支架腔内修复技术治疗主动脉弓部瘤的应用效果。方法对8例主动脉弓部瘤患者进行"杂交"去分支联合覆膜支架腔内修复治疗,手术分两步完成后,评价该方法围术期死亡率、并发症以及术后6~48个月的随访观察。结果全组无死亡病例,术后随访有2例患者出现1型内瘘,重新行主动脉腔内修复术,术后内瘘消失;全组患者生存良好,未出现截瘫及其他严重并发症。结论应用"杂交"方法治疗主动脉弓部瘤具有良好的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the application efficacy of hybrid surgery of debranch combined with endovascular aortic repair using covered stent for aortic arch aneurysm. Methods Eight patients with aortic arch aneurysm were treated by hybrid surgery of debranch combined with endovascular aortic repair using covered stent. The operation consisted of two steps. The incidence of perioperative death and complications were assessed,and 6-68 month follow-up was performed after operation. Results No death occurred.During the postoperative follow-up,internal leakage of type 1 was found in two patients,and the leakage healed after second endovascular repair. All patients obtained good survival without paraplegia and other serious complications. Conclusion The application of hybrid surgery can achieve a good efficacy for aortic arch aneurysm.更多还原
