一种具有分段曲率补偿的带隙基准电路

【摘要】 带隙基准电路是集成电路系统中一个非常重要的构成单元。随着集成电路系统的规模越来越大,集成电路系统对带隙基准电路的温度系数提出了要求,怎样在降低温度系数的同时兼顾基准源精度已经成为一个备受关切的问题。传统的带隙基准源通常采用一阶的补偿方法,近些年也有很多曲率校正的方法被提出来。在分析传统Brokaw结构带隙基准电路的基础上,针对温度高于室温或者低于室温时,负温度系数大于正温度系数,采用分段曲率补偿技术,提出一种具有高精度的改进型带隙基准电路。通过分段曲率补偿电路,产生分段温度补偿电压对传统基准源进行校正,生成具有更小温度系数的基准源。

【Abstract】 Bandgap reference circuit is a very important component in integrated circuit system.With the increasing scale of integrated circuit system, the temperature coefficient of bandgap reference circuit is required by integrated circuit system. It has become a problem of great concern as to how to reduce the temperature coefficient while taking into account the accuracy of reference source. While first-order compensation method is usually adopted by conventional bandgap reference source, many curvature correction methods has been proposed in recent years. An improved high precision bandgap reference circuit that utilizes a curvature compensation technique is presented based on the analysis of traditional Brokaw bandgap reference on the condition that negative temperature coefficient is higher than positive temperature coefficient when the temperature is above or below room temperature. By utilizing piecewise curvature compensation circuit, the traditional reference source is calibrated by piecewise temperature compensation voltage and a reference source with a smaller temperature coefficient is generated.
