【Abstract】 To analyse the clinical and image characteristics of the patient,and exclude hepatocellular carcinoma,metastatic carcinoma,hemangioma,cyst,et al,the intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma( i CCA) was confirmed by pathological diagnosis finally. To recognize focal fatty liver with i CCA in correct,the key is to combine clinical experience,imaging findings and documentations( biopsy if necessary). The reasonable utilization of imaging examination and the detailed analysis of its results play important roles.更多还原
