ZrCuAlNi非晶合金的弹性性能及结构弛豫
Elastic Properties and Structure Relaxation of ZrCuAlNi Metallic Glasses
【摘要】 利用动态机械分析法(DMA)研究了锆基非晶合金Zr60.6Cu18.6Ni11.7Al9.1和Zr54.45Cu29.7Al9.9Ni4.95Y1的弹性性能随温度的变化以及与结构弛豫有关的弹性异常和能量衰减。通过差示扫描量热法(DSC)确定了玻璃转变温度Tg分别为689K和654K,晶化温度Tx分别为733K和724K。X射线衍射(XRD)分析表明结构均为非晶结构。DMA结果表明,储能模量在Tg附近出现拐点或谷。损耗模量和损耗因子在Tg附近出现峰值,且随着频率的升高,峰值幅度减小,峰值温度基本不变。β弛豫表现为额外的翼。
【Abstract】 The temperature dependence of elastic properties,elastic anomalies and energy loss associated with structure relaxation of Zr-based bulk metallic glasses(BMGs)Zr60.6Cu18.6Ni11.7Al9.1and Zr54.45Cu29.7Al9.9Ni4.95Y1 was investigated using dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA).The glass transition temperature Tgand the crystallization temperature Txwere determined to be 689K,654K,733Kand 724Kby differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).X-ray diffraction(XRD)analysis indicates that both the structures exhibit amorphous.DMA results indicate that kinks or valleys in the storage moduli occur near Tg.Peaks of the loss moduli and the loss factor occur near Tg.With the increase of the frequency,the peak amplitudes are decreased,and the peak temperature basically remains the constant value.βrelaxation is indicated by the excess wings.
