Nd对Mg/Al-20Si液固复合铸造界面组织及性能的影响

【摘要】 采用锌酸盐浸锌工艺、QJ207钎剂处理工艺对铝合金表面进行处理,发现两种工艺均可以有效去除铝合金表面氧化膜,提高液态镁在固态铝合金表面的润湿性。使用不同含Nd量的镁合金进行镁/铝合金液固复合铸造,并采用SEM、XRD、EPMA、力学试验机、显微硬度仪等方法对焊接界面组织及性能进行分析,发现随着镁合金中Nd含量的增加,复合界面处开始出现Al-Nd相,其抑制了金属间化合物的产生,且Al-Nd相逐渐由针状Al11Nd3相向块状Al2Nd相转变。当Nd含量为1%时,获得最大剪切强度为22.28 MPa。

【Abstract】 The surface of aluminum alloy was treated by zincate process and QJ207 brazing process.The results reveal that both methods can remove effectively the oxide film and improve the wettability of liquid magnesium on the surface of solid aluminum alloy.The interfacial structure and properties of Mg/Al-20 Si bi-metal liquid-solid compound casting with different rare earth Nd contents in magnesium alloy were analyzed by means of SEM,XRD,EPMA,mechanical testing machine and microhardness tester.With the increase of Nd contents,Al-Nd phase is formed in the interface of composite materials,which inhibits the production of intermetallic compounds,and Al-Nd phase is gradually transformed from acicular Al11 Nd3 phase to blocky Al2 Nd phase.When content of Nd reaches 1%,the maximum shear strength of 22.28 MPa can be obtained.
