【Abstract】 In the era of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation", the establishment of Career Development Association for students with financial difficulties will help transform existing financial aid modes to sustainable, developmental and supportive ones. Colleges and universities should strive to improve the quality of Career Development Association by various means, such as improving operational mechanism, strengthening guidance, expanding financial source,and enhancing coordination between schools and local community, so as to turn those underprivileged students into comprehensively-developed young people who are well-prepared to join the socialist cause.更多还原
