再生粗骨料混凝土弹性模量规律的试验分析
Experimental Analysis on Elastic Modulus law of Recycled Coarse Aggregate Concrete
【摘要】 为了研究再生粗骨料对再生混凝土弹性模量的影响规律,本文针对两种不同来源的再生粗骨料,设计了6种不同替代率、3个龄期,且强度等级分别为C30及C40的再生混凝土试件共198个进行了轴心抗压强度试验以及静力受压弹性模量试验,并对弹性模量试验数据运用最小二乘法原理分别进行多项式函数拟合以及高斯函数拟合。结果表明:随着再生粗骨料替代率的增加,再生混凝土轴心抗压强度及其弹性模量整体均呈降低的趋势,各龄期的混凝土强度及弹性模量变化规律基本相似;不同来源的再生粗骨料混凝土强度呈相同变化趋势,且原强度大的再生粗骨料混凝土强度也相对增大;以5次多项式函数模型拟合得出的函数式可用于预测再生粗骨料混凝土的弹性模量。
【Abstract】 In order to study the effect of recycled coarse aggregate on the elastic modulus of recycled concrete, a total number of 198 cube specimens with 6 different replacement rates and 3 ages and strength grades of C30 and C40 were put into axial compressive strength test and elastic modulus test separately with recycled coarse from two different sources in this paper. Polynomial fitting and Gauss function fitting were also applied to elastic modulus test data using the least square method. The results showed that the axial compressive strength and modulus of elasticity of recycled concrete gradually decrease with the increase of the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate, and the changes of concrete strength and modulus of elasticity in different ages are basically similar. The strength of the recycled coarse aggregate concrete of different sources demonstrates the same trend, and the strength of recycled coarse aggregate concrete with large original strength is also increased. The elastic modulus of recycled coarse aggregate concrete can be predicted by using the formula of 5-order polynomial function model.
