波形钢腹板组合曲线箱梁畸变效应分析
Distortion Effect Analysis of Composite Box Girder with Corrugated Steel Webs
【摘要】 为了研究波形钢腹板组合曲线箱梁畸变效应,本文推导了波形钢腹板曲线箱梁畸变理论方程,并将其比拟为弹性地基梁进行求解。基于试验建立了波形钢腹板曲线箱梁的有限元模型,并与试验结果进行径向位移、竖向挠度对比验证。对深圳市某匝道桥进行有限元建模,以荷载工况和曲率半径为参数,对其畸变效应进行了有限元分析,并以控制畸变角为目标对横隔板间距进行了研究。研究结果表明:当波形钢腹板曲线箱梁圆心角φ≤14.3°时,波形钢腹板曲线箱梁的畸变效应接近于直梁;当设置3道中间横隔板后,相对于无中横隔板时,畸变角减小超过85%,可以认为控制截面畸变变形对设计横隔板的合理间距是有效可行的。
【Abstract】 In order to study the distortion effect of the composite curved box girder with corrugated steel web, the distortion theory equation of curved box girder with corrugated steel webs was deduced in this paper,and the equation was solved by viewing it as the elastic foundation beam. Based on the test, a finite element model of curved box girder with corrugated steel webs was established, and the radial displacement and vertical deflection were compared with the test results. The finite element modeling of a ramp bridge was carried out.The distortion effect was analyzed by the finite element with the load condition and the curvature, and the spacing between diaphragm was studied with the objective of controlling the distortion angle. The results showed that when the center angle of the curved box girder with corrugated steel web was less than 14. 3°, the distortion effect of the curved box girder with corrugated steel web is similar to the straight beam. When the 3 middle diaphragms were set, the reduction of the distortion angle is more than 85% relative to the non-middle diaphragm. It can be considered that controlling distortion is effective and feasible for designing reasonable spacing of diaphragm.
