热力盾构隧道的结构研究与设计技术

【摘要】 热力隧道在运行过程中,具有环境温度高的特点,热力特有的固定、导向支架以及滑动支墩等产生的内荷载大,盾构技术在热力领域的应用存在诸多难点。本文在综合考虑热力工程的特殊使用条件的基础上,借鉴地铁、电力等其他盾构市政工程设计理论,结合热力暗挖隧道结构设计的相关经验,首先采用经验公式与有限元理论对盾构衬砌进行设计计算;然后,有针对性地采取了一系列构造措施,并提炼出一套适用于热力盾构隧道的结构设计方法;最后,对国内首条建成的热力盾构隧道工程的现场原位监测和测试结果进行了分析,很好地验证了该套设计方法的可靠性,可为今后盾构技术在热力工程中的应用提供一定的参考。

【Abstract】 During the operation of the heating supply tunnels, it has the characteristics of high ambient temperature, large stresses at fixed, guided and roller support sections. Therefore, there are certain difficulties in the application of tunneling technology in thermal engineering field. In this paper, a study was performed based on the special conditions of thermal engineering, lessons learned from the design of subway and electric power tunnels, and relevant experience of structural design of heating supply tunnels. First, both empirical formula and finite element analysis were used to the design of tunnel lining. Then, a series of targeted construction measures were put forward and a set of structural design methods applicable to thermal engineering filed were refined. At the end, the calculated results based on this design method were compared with the in-situ test measurements of the first heating supply tunnel in China. The results match well which assured the reliability of this design method. This study provides some references for the application of tunnels in thermal engineering field.
