重庆某高层剪力墙结构住宅楼超限分析及优化设计
Optimization Design of High-rise Residential Buildings with Shear Wall in Chongqing
【摘要】 本文以重庆某平面特别不规则超限高层剪力墙结构住宅楼为分析对象,为提高其抗震性能,对其进行了不同水准地震作用下的抗震性能分析与评价。根据计算分析结果,以更优异的抗震性能和成本控制为目标,通过调整剪力墙布置,改变刚心位置,有效地削弱了平扭耦联效应,使顶部收进层层间位移角明显降低,抗震性能显著提高,材料用量有所下降,取得了一定的经济效益,可供类似工程设计参考。
【Abstract】 In this paper, an irregular high-rise shear wall building in Chongqing was taken as an analysis object to evaluate its seismic performance under different seismic levels. This analysis was aimed to achieve better seismic performance and cost control. The study found that the horizontal-torsional coupling effect and the story drift ratio could be reduced by adjusting shear wall layout and position of the rigid core. Thus, the seismic performance was greatly improved, the material usage was reduced and the economic effect was achieved. It can be referenced for similar engineering design.
