【摘要】 运用文献资料法等研究日本足球教练员的培养经验及对中国的启示。日本足球教练员的培养经验及特点包括:等级化的培训课程与教练管理;制度化的培训周期与执教级别;标准化的培训与注册认证。日本足球教练员培养对日本足球发展的影响主要有:早期"引进模式"筑起日本足球风格;教练职业化改革助推足球发展;教练扎根地域固化足球普及。对我国的启示:突出足协管理权威专一化;加大注册认证与监督机制严格化;加快教练员职业普及化;提高教练员队伍多元化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using literature reviews and other research methods to study the training experience on Japanese football coaches and its enlightenment to China’s football training.
