整合性神经肌肉训练对听障乒乓球运动员下肢功能性不对称与平衡能力的影响

【摘要】 目的:通过训练干预前、后测试比较,了解整合性神经肌肉训练对中国听障乒乓球运动员下肢功能性不对称表现和平衡能力的影响,研究假设整合性神经肌肉训练可以显著降低中国听障乒乓球运动员下肢功能性不对称表现(单脚纵跳高度、单脚侧跳和单脚前跳距离与爆发力不对称指数)和提高平衡能力(X和Y轴的移动速度、平均移动距离、移动总距离与最大位移)。方法:将16名受试者分为实验组和对照组,每组各8人,实验组完成连续8周的整合性神经肌肉训练干预,对照组完成一般力量训练,实验前、后分别利用Myotest测试仪等对两组受试者进行单脚纵跳、侧跳和前跳测试,利用GoodBalance平衡测试仪完成单足平衡能力测试,并对组内前、后测试结果采用配对样本t检验、组间采用独立样本t检验进行统计处理。结果:与对照组相比,实验组运动员的单脚纵跳、前跳爆发力不对称指数存在非常显著性下降(P<0.01),纵跳高度、侧跳距离、前跳距离以及侧跳爆发力不对称指数均存在显著性下降(P<0.05),对照组无显著性变化;平衡能力测试中除左脚X轴移动速度、Y轴最大位移和右脚Y轴移动总距离有显著性下降以外(P<0.05),其他指标存在非常显著性下降(P<0.01),对照组无显著性变化。结论:整合性神经肌肉训练方法可有效改善听障乒乓球运动员的下肢功能性不对称表现和提高平衡能力。建议:实践中应注重听障乒乓球运动员或听障人群下肢功能性不对称的改善,可将整合性神经肌肉训练作为其提高下肢运动表现、改善下肢功能性不对称以及促进平衡能力等的手段。

【Abstract】 Objective:This paper used a pre-post test to quantify the effect of integrated neuromuscular training on lower limbs functional asymmetry and balance ability of Chinese deaf table tennis athletes. It was hypothesized that integrated neuromuscular training could significantly reduce the Chinese deaf table tennis players’ s lower limb functional asymmetry(asymmetry index of height and power of single-legged vertical jump, side jump and forward jump) and improved balance ability(movement speed, average moving distance, total moving distance, maximum distance of X and Y axes). Methods:Sixteen athletes were divided into experimental group and control group, the experimental group were subjected to integrated neuromuscular training intervention for 8 weeks, the control group athletes performed routine strength training. Before and after the experiment, the single-leg vertical jump, side jump and forward jump test were completed with Myotest System, and the single-foot balance test was completed with the Good Balance System. the paired sample t test were used to determine differences between pre-post test results in group, and the independent sample t test were used to determine differences between groups test results. Results: by compared with the control group, the pawer asymmetry index of vertical jump and forward jump of Chinese deaf table tennis athletes had a very significant decreased(P<0.01), the height asymmetry index of vertical jump, side jump, forward jump and side jump power had a significantly decreased(P<0.05), There was no significant change in the control group. In addition to left foot X-axis movement speed, maximum displacement of the Y-axis and the total distance from the Y axis of the right foot were significantly decreased(P<0.05), while other indicators had a very significant decrease(P<0.01). There was no significant change in the control group. Conclusion: The integrated neuromuscular training can effectively decrease the lower limbs functional asymmetry and improve the balance ability of Chinese deaf table tennis athletes. Suggestion: In practice, Deaf table tennis player or deaf people should be emphasis prevent bilateral asymmetry of lower-limb, The integrated neuromuscular training can be used as a reference measure to improve lower-limb exercise performance,functional asymmetry of the lower limbs and balance ability for deaf people or table tennis athletes.
