【摘要】 科学客观地评价体育教育专业学生的教学能力有助于提高学生的教学能力,为日后的教学工作做好准备和积累。通过对北京体育大学体育教育专业排球专项实习生进行教学能力的问卷调查,结果表明总体评价良好,课堂教学实践能力整体情况最好、课前准备能力较好,课后评价能力相对较差。其中,纠错激励、自我评价、对课堂突发事件及处理、问题反思和教学重建的能力需要得到重视。实习生认为教学能力指标的重要程度从高到低排序,前5依次是把握教学重点难点、明确教学目标、课堂组织、选择教学手段方式、编写教学文件。学生对实习生的个人魅力和示范讲解能力表示认可。更多还原

【Abstract】 Scientific and objective evaluation of the teaching ability of students in physical education major can help students improve their teaching ability, prepare and accumulate for teaching work in the future. Through the questionnaire survey on the teaching ability of volleyball specialized interns in physical education major of Beijing Sport University, the results show that the overall evaluation is good,the overall situation of classroom teaching practice ability is the best, the pre-class preparation ability is better, and the post-class evaluation ability is relatively poor. Among them, the ability of error correction and motivation, self-evaluation, classroom emergencies and handling, problem reflection and teaching reconstruction need to be taken seriously. Interns believe that the importance of teaching ability indicators is ranked from high to low, and the top five are grasping the key and difficult points of teaching, defining teaching objectives, organizing classes, choosing teaching methods and compiling teaching documents.Students recognize the interns’ personal charm and the ability of explanation and demonstration更多还原
