功能动作筛查在运动医学领域的演变与应用研究综述

【摘要】 功能动作筛查(FMS)是一种人体基本运动能力检测工具,可有效评估运动损伤发生风险。利用文献资料法综述FMS在运动医学领域应用的大量研究。表明:FMS是一种成本低、高效可靠的人体运动损伤风险评估工具;FMS测试的效度和信度受年龄、性别、运动项目、运动水平等多种因素的影响;现有研究中存在FMS测试对象选取单一、对损伤定义不规范、人体基本运动能力与竞技运动能力相关性不明确等一系列问题。未来研究者应致力于对不同运动水平和能力进行分类控制,采用多种方法综合评估运动能力和预测运动损伤风险。选用大众健身人群作为受试对象进行运动损伤风险预测,规范对损伤的定义,以建立不同人群的FMS得分标准。

【Abstract】 Functional movement Screening(FMS) is a kind of basic human motor ability detection tool, which can effectively assess the risk of motor injury. This article mainly uses the literature data method to summarizes a large number of studies on the application of FMS in sports medicine. Research shows that FMS is a low-cost, highly-efficient and reliable tool for assessing human sports injury risk; the validity and reliability of FMS testing are affected by factors such as age, gender, sports activity, and exercise level; There are a series of problems in the existing studies, such as single selection of test objects, non-standard definition of damage, and unclear correlation between basic human athletic ability and competitive sports ability. In the future, researchers should focus on the classification control of different sports levels and abilities, and use a variety of methods to comprehensively evaluate sports abilities and predict sports injury risk. In the future research, the mass fitness population should be selected as subjects for sports injury risk prediction, and the definition of injury is standardized to establish FMS score standards for different populations.
