【摘要】 新时代体育工作者工匠精神与创新意识培育路径是当今体育学术界研究的热点问题。运用文献资料法等研究方法,站在新时代体育发展的视角分析了工匠精神和创新意识的内涵及当代价值,旨在探索体育工作者工匠精神和创新意识的培育路径。研究认为,在工匠精神引领下的创新意识是实施体育强国和健康中国战略的关键所在,对于提升中国体育软实力,增强中国体育竞争力,深化体育体制机制改革具有积极的现实意义和历史意义。体育工作者工匠精神和创新意识的培育在观念引领层面体现的是"在体言体",以奉献体育事业为荣为乐,自觉抵御利益腐蚀的职业精神;在能力培养层面体现的是不仅需要良好运动知识和训练教学技能,还需要将其他各学科的学理知识和技能综合运用,分析研判,与时俱进地提升体育工作的工匠精神。基于新时代发展的理念,研究提出应由匠人的方法技艺积累创新经验,摒弃急功近利的短视心态,还应以制度保障激发个体的体育工作者的工匠精神和创新潜能的提升,实现包括体育运动在内的各项社会事业的创新发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The cultivation of Craftsmanship Spirit and innovation of the physical educators in the new era is a hot issue in the study of sports today. Literature review method was applied in this paper to analyze the development of Craftsmanship Spirit and innovation activities in the perspective of sport history so as to explore the way to cultivate Craftsmanship Spirit and innovation of physical educators. According to this research, the innovative activities under the lead of Craftsmanship Spirit are the key to implementing the strategy of sports power and healthy China. It is of great practical significance and historical significance to enhance China’s sports soft power, China’s sports competitiveness, and deepen the reform of sports system. The cultivation of the Craftsmanship Spirit for the physical educators can be mainly clarified into the following levels: In their conceptual terms, they will do their duty well, take proud in commitment and have noble occupational spirit which can resist the corruption of interests from the outside; In their capabilities level, they will be qualified with not only professional knowledge and training-teaching skills, but also other disciplinary knowledge and skills and apply them into action for advancing the works of sports with times. Based on the concept of development in the new era, this paper proposes that the methods and skills of craftsman should be used to accumulate innovative experience, abandon the short-sighted mentality of being eager for quick success and instant benefits, and enhance the craftsmanship spirit and innovative potential of individual sports workers by system, so as to realize the innovative development of various social undertakings, including sports.更多还原
