瓜尔胶选矿抑制剂环保型合成工艺研究
Environment-Friendly Synthetic Process Study of Guar Gum Mineral Concentration Inhibitor
【摘要】 研制出瓜尔胶选矿抑制剂环保型合成工艺,羧甲基醚化反应以水为反应介质,从瓜尔豆胚乳片开始进行合成反应,通过后续增粘、粉碎等加工手段直接得到最终产品。考察了合成过程中四个因素对产品指标的影响,归纳合成条件如下:氢氧化钠、氯乙酸钠与胚乳片质量比分别为0.015∶1、0.075∶1,反应温度为30~40℃,反应时间为0.5h,最终产品水不溶物为15%~16%,粘度为5500~6000m Pa.s。环保型合成工艺研发的瓜尔胶选矿抑制剂,在生产与使用环节实现经济效益与环境效益的双提升。以北京矿冶研究总院广阔的海外市场为依托,瓜尔胶选矿抑制剂具有广阔的国际化、市场化前景。
【Abstract】 An environment-friendly synthesis process of guar gum mineral concentration inhibitor was developed. The reaction of carboxymethyl etherification was carried out in water as the reaction medium.Guar endosperm splits are modified in the water media and directly pulverized into finished product. The influence of the four factors on technical specifications is studied. The synthetic processing technology factors are provided as follows: the mass ratios of sodium hydroxide and endosperm splits, sodium chloroacetate and endosperm splits are 0.015∶1, 0.075:1 respectively, reaction temperature is 30~40℃, reaction time is 0.5 h. Water insoluble content and viscosity of finished product is 15%~16% and 5500~6000 m Pa.s respectively. Guar gum inhibitor developed by environment-friendly synthetic process has promoted economic returns and social results in production and use link. Guar gum inhibitor has capacious market future depending on huge overseas market of Beijing General Research Institute of Mining & Metallurgy(BGRIMM).
