微细化蛋壳粉填充天然橡胶的性能研究

【摘要】 利用蛋壳粉碳酸钙含量高的特点,将蛋壳粉微细化后填充于天然橡胶中,制备了蛋壳粉天然橡胶复合材料。研究了蛋壳粉填充量及填充粒径对复合材料性能的影响,并采用扫描电镜对微细化的蛋壳粉及复合材料微观结构进行了表征。结果表明,蛋壳粉制备过程中,球磨时间以1h为宜;最佳蛋壳粉填充用量为30份。

【Abstract】 The natural rubber composites had been made by filling ultra-micronization eggshell powder,it has the advantage of high calcium carbonate content.The effect of filling volume and filling particle size of eggshell powder on the properties of composite materials had been studied.the microstructure of the ultramicronization eggshell powder and natural rubber composite had been characterized by using scanning electron microscopy.The results showed that ball grinding time is an hour during the preparation of eggshell powder.The performance of composite material is better when the ratio of mass of eggshell powder∶rubber is 30∶100.
